This is a subject I've discussed on this blog before. After 12 - 18 months of griping about my diet, alcohol consumption and weight, I finally did something about it.
Since my cleanse, I've spent two weeks in environments that could have very well reversed my efforts: a week in DC at an AYP Conference with my Y buddies, and a week on the beach with family.
Admittedly, I was I bit nervous to hop on a scale today (I had not weighed in a week).
So, on this day (or about), for the past 4 years:
July 13, 2012: 192.5
July 9, 2013: 192
July 11, 2014: 203
July 12, 2015: 193.6
I'll take it. Now...time to go kick ass at the Mayor's Tri.
