2 weeks into cleanse

14 days in...
  • down 9 pounds - I'm finally back under 200 lbs. 
  • sleeping better
  • workouts feel great
16 days to go...

and, I've worked out 11 of those 14 days, including brick workouts several days.

working my way back into shape.
