it's time...

5.24.15

...to get serious

about:

  • training
  • cutting down on beer consumption
  • nutrition
  • swimming 
  • getting back to desired weight
so:
  • drinking stops today...at least until DC trip in a month
  • swimming starts today - brick workout ideal
  • long bike ride tomorrow 
training for Chicago Marathon starts in 2 weeks, which will help, but, my change starts in 3...2...1...
